Find content activity reports
Confirm the publication and use an Admin account authorized to inspect its reports. The available interface depends on the deployed version and configuration. If an area is missing, ask the publication or integration owner to confirm availability and permissions.
Open Content Conversion
- Select the intended publication.
- Open Content Conversion, when available in your Admin interface.
- Read the TOTAL summary and the individual content rows.
- Use Categories, Authors and Published to narrow the content selection.
- Use Ordered by and the table's paging controls to inspect the relevant rows.
Published selects content by its recorded creation-date age. It does not select an activity date range. For example, choosing 30 days narrows which content items are included; it does not mean their Views count only activity from those 30 days. The row's displayed date can instead be its publication timestamp, falling back to its creation timestamp.
Content data can show the title, Date/Time UTC, URL, categories and authors. These are current content details. Use the title and URL to identify the intended article; a classification change can change its report selection without changing its earlier activity.
The table includes Views, Unique, Granted % and Paywalled %, alongside signup, conversion and New MRR measures. Read their counting rules before treating a column as visits, people or revenue. The summary covers the selected content, rather than only the currently visible page of rows.
Use Dashboard for a period summary
In Dashboard, locate Advanced statistics when it is configured to appear. Your overview provides a preset or custom period, a comparison period or no comparison, and Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly grouping. The ordinary date selector runs through yesterday.
Paywall/Regwall hits counts signed-in user/content pairs separately for each day and adds the daily counts. It excludes guest activity. Logged-in members also adds daily distinct account counts, so it is not a count of distinct people across the whole selected period. These counting rules differ from the Content Conversion table.
These cards use stored daily data, so recent changes may appear later. For Gross volume, MRR and Active subscribers, use Read payment reports.
Use a reader record for individual context
Find a reader in Audience, then inspect 30-day Activity on their existing record. Content viewed and Paywall hits use that reader's activity in the selected publication since the server's date boundary 30 days ago.
Content viewed counts distinct content IDs with recorded allowed access. Paywall hits counts recorded denied outcomes. Neither is proof of completed reading, and these two values use different counting rules. They should not be expected to match a Content Conversion total or a Dashboard card.
For an unexplained difference, use Investigate unexpected content figures.
